Before starting this review, I would like to thank KakapopoTCG for previewing the two sets of metal dice from the Angels and Demons collection so we could try them out. KakapopoTCG is a brand of Kakapopo Ltd based in the United Kingdom. The cute name comes from a species of parrot, the company founder’s favourite animal. On the store, you can find various dice, from life counters for games like Magic The Gathering, to more classic sets, without forgetting multiple types of cases to protect your favourite dice.
If you want to make one or more of these sets yours, don’t hesitate to participate in the Gamefound campaign in order to get your hands on it as soon as possible, at the cost of around 40 euros.
Defined Designs and Variety of Choice
In hidden realms, Artifacts are born, from the feathers of angels and the horns of demons
It is with these lines that the presentation of these dice sets on the GameFound page begins. These are words that perfectly convey the idea of the subjects that will be represented on the dice. The two sets that arrived to me are Angel of Knowledge and Demon of Greed, both in metal and with peculiar designs and colors, as well as particularly well defined.
In the first set the silver color dominates, on which the blue numbers stand out well, ensuring easy reading. Wings and gears decorate the dice, with very well-defined feathers and lines in relief which adapt perfectly to the faces of the dice, resulting extremely pleasing from an aesthetic point of view.

The second one, however, maintains the line of gears but the copper colour reigns supreme, with the silver numbers once again perfectly legible. The angel’s wings are replaced by those of a demon which maintain the same quality as the previous set.

These are just two of the options available. On Gamefound we find 5 different types of angel-themed sets and 5 for demon-themed ones. Each category features different colours and details offering an excellent variety of choices even for the most demanding players. So all you have to do is choose your angel or your demon… or, why not, both!
Technical Description of the Angels and Demons Dice
All the dice in this line have a slightly larger and heavier format than the classic 16 mm. The d20 for example measures 30 mm and weighs 62 g. In essence, they are pretty massive dice with a consistent weight, also considering the material. However, this does not make them less manageable and they offer a pleasant sensation to the touch. The corners are strongly angular and roll well despite the weight, although obviously, it takes a little more force to throw them than standard dice. However, I would recommend using a dice shooter or your table could suffer. Although you can console yourself: unlike it, these dice are particularly resistant.

As mentioned before, the numbers are easily readable. This is also possible because they are very large, making them visible even from afar; a great thing when you are at the gaming table. It cannot be said that attention to detail is lacking in their creation.
Conclusion of the Angels and Demons Dice Set Review
In conclusion, I can tell you that I really liked these two sets, both for their technical characteristics and for their aesthetics. They also come with a case, also with beautiful illustrations.
Price-wise, they are in line with the various metal dice sets and, considering the attention to detail they present, they are a durable and quality choice. All you have to do is throw them!
