A Fragrant Expansion
Being a Warrie is demanding, and defending the Isola di Nomnia is a real job. Queen Sweet Cherry Pie relies on the island’s heroes to protect its inhabitants, the Nomni, from the incursions of the Malegola demons.

Two New Warrie Bloodlines
Expanding the vast spectrum of playable characters in the core rulebook, the Ricettario delle Avventure introduces two new Warrie lineages: the Ciambellidi and the Zuccolosi.
The Ciambellidi are a new breed of Lievitanti, miners of the Formontagne who extract only the purest elements while fighting ferociously against the creatures that nest in the depths of those peaks.
Zuccolosi are born in the Paluduova, initially as masses without real form. Originally incapable of speech, following their evolution they developed limbs and sensory organs and acquired a certain verbose loquacity.

Per un Granello di Zucchero is the first adventure proposed. For a few days the loads of sap have not arrived in Pannamont putting its inhabitants in serious danger. The few who have investigated have not returned. It will be up to our Warrie to discover what threat lies behind this disappearance.
In Il Pozzo Nero a message and a flyer written by a certain Fra Gola invites all the brave to join him and his religious order, The Offspring of the Black Well, to finally drive out the Malegola.
La Notte degli Zomnie Viventi pits the valiant Warrie against the largest horde of Zomnies Nomnia has ever seen.
In Oltre i Confini del Male a Nomni spy task-forn has discovered how the Malegola reproduces: a mixer. It’s up to the fearless Warrie to destroy that devilry.
Inubo in Cucina sees unwary Warrie trapped in films of shiny material piled up under a menacing shopping list. They will have little time to save themselves and the other captive Nomni.
In Il Reimpastatore the Warrie will have to face a device that could return all the Nomni to their primordial state, that is, small fragments of ingredients waiting to join together.
Il Signore dei Cannoli sees the resurfacing of the amulet of Sauforn, the lord of 100% melting evil, defeated in the Open Oven War. Now someone seems ready to use its nefarious power again,
Review of the Aesthetics of the Ricettario delle Avventure
The Ricettario delle Avventure, as we have seen in this review, reflects the sweet and adventurous spirit of the basic manual of Sweet Cherrye Pie Vs Evil. The aesthetics reflect and integrate perfectly with the editorial line already published and the illustrations by Lodovico Sartirana act as a precious complement without ever overpowering the written text.
The layout maintains the double column and each page is boxed, even if we no longer find the results of the tests as in the basic manual. The playful tone and wordplay dominate throughout the text, demonstrating once again the author’s writing skills.
As always, the product (despite the small format) is solid and well-made as expected from Aces Games products.
